THROWING EXPERIENCE

Create your very own thrown pottery work which will be finished and glazed for later collection. This fun and productive two hour session can be booked for individuals or why not share the experience with a friend or two each throwing on your own wheel

Glazing

Your work can be glazed with either white gloss glaze or transparent gloss glaze at no additional cost.

Colour Glazing

An additional glazing session using a full range of colour glazes can be booked for an additional £30 per person which can be booked following the Throwing Experience.

THROW, TURN & GLAZE EXPERIENCE

Why not experience the whole process of creating finished pots over 3 weekly sessions? In the first of 3 two hour sessions you will be guided through throwing your own pots on the wheel. A week later you return for a further 2 hour session to learn how to turn footrings, refine and clean up your pots. Your pots will be bisque fired before your return in week 3. In your last session you will learn how to apply your choice of glaze decoration to your finished pieces.
